What Happens Next?
You find out your date is available!! So what happens next?
Once you have filled out the request form, and we have confirmed your date is available we will:
- Send you a "RENTAL AGREEMENT" to be submitted along with the security deposit. WE DO NOT HOLD DATES. An "available date" does not mean a guaranteed date. It is only reserved once rental form and deposit are submitted. Due to high volume of requests, we do recommend you submit your rental agreement and deposit as soon as you receive it.
- Send you an invoice (after deposit is paid) for the rental fee portion (this part not due until 1 week before event)
We will NOT hold dates without the deposit.
