Pricing below as of 11.05.24

This pricing is for CONTRACTS SIGNED AFTER NOVEMBER 05th 2024! (Contracts signed prior to this date will reflect previous pricing)  


Security Deposit

$100

The security deposit does NOT get applied to your rental fee. It is in Addition to the rental fees. 

The security deposit is kept in the event there are damages, items missing, or you do not clean according to contract terms. If everything is left well, you will get your security deposit back after your event (within 7-10 business days!) 


Security deposit is due at time of booking.  

After we have confirmed your date is available we will send a rental agreement with payment options attached. WE DO NOT HOLD DATES. An "available date" does not mean a guaranteed date. It is only reserved once rental form and deposit are submitted.  Due to high volume of requests, we do recommend you submit your rental agreement and deposit as soon as you receive it. 


Rental Fee: (9am-10pm)

$625

This rental fee is on top of the Security deposit. 

This rental fee includes use of the Main Event Room, A front sitting room, the Kitchen, and the tables and chairs. 


This fee is due 1 week before your event

Bluetooth Speaker

 $75

Want to enjoy music without the cost of a full DJ. Add on our Bluetooth Floor Tower speaker rental. Plug in a device and play your favorite playlist, or tune in to the AM/FM built in radio. Built in charging port allows you to play from your device without killing your battery. See photo of speaker under the gallery tab



Payment Options

Once deposit has been paid with rental agreement. We will send an invoice for the actual rental fee portion. You can pay by credit/debit, cash app, paypal or Venmo.  Cash option available, please speak to venue owner regarding cash payment.  (We currently do not accept check payments- we are sorry for any inconvenience )


Cancellation Policy

  • You have 2 weeks prior to your event to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies paid
  • After the 2 week mark, you will forfeit the return of your deposit as well as 50% of any other monies paid
  • Cancellations must be sent in written form to:  info@rizeevents.com
  • Cancellations will always be based off your ORIGINAL booking date. You will only receive a refund if you cancel 2 weeks prior to your original booking date, and not any rescheduled dates.  We will work to try and reschedule your event as best we can! Once your event takes place, you are still eligible to receive your deposit return as long as venue is left in good condition.
