PLEASE NOTE: Any Request for Event dates after May 1st, will be for our new facility. The new facility is currently being built out, so we won't have pictures until construction is complete. Pictures will be updated towards end of April. Thank you
Your 1st Step to booking with Rize Events is to see if your date is available.
To Request A date for your event, please click the link below and fill out the form in it's entirety. We will respond within 24 hours to let you know if your date is available.
**WE WILL ALWAYS RESPOND PROMPTLY- PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS AS OUR RESPONSES OFTEN GET SENT THERE** Thank you!
Once you have filled out the request form, and we have confirmed your date is available we will:
1.) Send you a "RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM"
-This form will be sent in the same email that confirmed your date availability- please fill it out ASAP.
2.) Once we receive the "RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM" we will send you the 1st of 2 invoices
-The 1st invoice is your refundable security deposit. This does not get applied to your rental fee.
-The 1st invoice for the refundable security deposit is due within 3 days.
-We will NOT hold dates without the deposit.
- After 3 days the date will be released to other interested clients.
- The deposit is returned to you in full 1 week after your event as long as venue is left in clean condition.
3.) Once we receive payment on your 1st invoice, we will send the 2nd invoice.
-The 2nd invoice is for your rental fee(s)
-The 2nd invoice is due 1 week before your event
